We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re new to Lagree or just new to our studio, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know before your first class.

what is Lagree?

Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. It’s done on a machine called the Mega Pro—and trust us, it’s unlike anything else you’ve tried.

do I need experience to try it?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Our instructors provide modifications, guidance, and support to make sure you feel confident from your very first session.

what should I wear and bring?

Wear breathable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene—they’re available for purchase at the studio if you don’t have a pair.

how early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This gives us time to get you checked in, show you the Mega Pro, and answer any questions before the workout begins.

how do I book a class?

Create an account through our booking platform (Mariana Tek), pick a class time, and you’re good to go. You can also view pricing and packages under our Join page.

what’s your cancellation policy?

You must cancel at least 8 hours before your class to avoid losing the class credit or being charged a fee. All purchases are final, but we may offer extensions or credits for medical situations with documentation.

is there a waiver I need to sign?

Yes—before your first class, you’ll be asked to complete a short liability waiver online or at the studio.

is parking available?

Yes! We have convenient street parking near the studio. Please check signage and allow a few extra minutes your first time.
