Lagree is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that builds strength, endurance, balance and flexibility in one 45 minute class. At Forme it is taught on the Mega Pro machine, using slow, controlled movements under constant tension. See how the workout works.
Yes. Every class is scalable to your level, and instructors offer modifications throughout. If it is your first time, book Beginner Forme, a slower paced class with extra time for machine setup, explanation and form.

At least 15 minutes before class, so there is time to check in, sign your waiver and get set up on the machine. Late arrivals may not be admitted and may forfeit their class.
Every class is capped at 10 people.
Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing the credit or being charged a fee. All purchases are final.
