Before

Arrive, set up, decorate. Bring the balloons and the cake. Food and drinks are welcome, just tell us ahead.

The class

A full-body Lagree class, taught by a Forme instructor to the playlist you send us. First timers get every modification they need.

After

Cake, photos under the arches, a toast. Stay until the two hours are up, or add another hour.

No. Every class is scalable to your level, and your instructor offers modifications throughout, so first timers and regulars ride together.

Bring them. There are 10 machines, so up to 10 guests take the class and everyone else joins the celebration.

Yes. Cake, snacks, drinks and decorations are all welcome. Tell us your plans ahead so the studio is ready for you.

Breathable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required for every guest, and you can buy them at the studio.
